جمهوری عربی امارات متحده در حال انجام ضربات هوایی انتقامی بر روی مقاصد نظامی و مدنی در ایران است، از جمله سایت‌های نیروی دریایی پاسداران اسلامی و نیز نیروگاه‌های پتروشیمی در باندرعباس و نقاط دیگر استان هرمزگان، از جمله جزیره قشم. هواپیماهای تیپ فرارود مریژ ۲۰۰۰-۹ از نیروی هوایی امارات و همچنین ارتش هوایی امارات با کاواگه‌ها در این ضربات مشارکت دارند. در حالی که گزارش‌های محلی از استان هرمزگان نشان می‌دهد تا زمان ۰۴:۱۹ صبح در باندرعباس و جزیره قشم تا سه انفجار شنیده شده است.

روسیه پس از درخواست ترکیه شروع به بازسازی نیروهای مسلح سوریه تحت کنترل احمد علی شرا خود کرده است. دو فراینده آرم MiG-29 اولین موارد تسلیم شده به نیروی هوایی سوریه که توسط پilot‌های سوریه کنترل می‌شوند، از پایگاه هوایی خمیم در سوریه پرواز کرده‌اند و در حال حاضر توسط نیروهای روسیه از تهدید حملات اسرائیلی محافظت می‌شوند.
