Maj. Christian Carter from the Massachusetts National Guard highlights land navigation training held this week at Regional Cooperation 26 in Montana. Military personnel from central and south Asian countries as well as National Guardsmen from 10 states are participating in the ongoing exercise to strengthen trust, interoperability and relationships.
