On Saturday, March 6, more than 150 Iranian citizens, including diplomats and their family members, left Lebanon and were transferred to Russia on a Russian plane, according to Reuters citing a senior Lebanese security source. The Lebanese government had recently announced measures to prohibit activities by members of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and expel them from the country.
