Iran's state news agency IRNA reported that despite serious disagreements, negotiations between Iran and the United States are continuing through the exchange of texts. Earlier, Tasnim and Fars news agencies, close to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, stated that disputes over the Strait of Hormuz are a major obstacle to progress in the talks.
