The U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) announced late Tuesday that American forces have imposed a naval blockade, halting all economic exchanges entering or leaving Iran via sea routes. CENTCOM stated that within 36 hours of implementation, U.S. forces had completely stopped all maritime economic activities in and out of Iran.
