On Thursday, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced an attack on a ship identified as the "Seif CIA" flying the Marshall Islands flag in the Persian Gulf, claiming it was an American asset. The IRGC stated the ship ignored warnings from the IRGC Navy, and the U.S. has not yet responded to this report.
