Early Friday morning, 50 Israeli Air Force fighter jets destroyed Khamenei's underground shelter, built beneath the leadership complex in central Tehran, according to an Israeli army spokesperson. The shelter, reportedly still in use by senior Iranian officials, was targeted following extensive intelligence gathering.
