The U.S. Central Command announced on Friday that since the start of the war with Iran, 303 U.S. soldiers have been injured, with 273 returning to duty and 10 suffering serious injuries. CENTCOM had previously reported 13 fatalities, seven in the Persian Gulf and six in Iraq.
