IRGC agents shot and killed two Baluch citizens, Mohammad Akram Ekhtari and Mohammad Eslam Saeedi, near Jakigour in Rask, Sistan and Baluchestan province, while they were riding in a Land Cruiser without stopping or issuing a warning. State media reported that a "terrorist team" in Rask County was targeted in an operation, but did not provide details about the identities of the killed individuals or the circumstances of the clash.
In an interview with French television, Masih Alinejad stated that a ceasefire has not occurred in Iran due to ongoing executions by the Islamic Republic, which is allied with China and Russia, while European countries adopt differing stances.
