On Sunday, March 21, U.S. President Donald Trump threatened on Truth Social that if Iran does not fully reopen the Strait of Hormuz without threats within 48 hours, the U.S. will target Iran's power plants, starting with the largest one. In response, Iran's Central Khatam al-Anbiya Headquarters warned that any such action would result in targeting American and regional energy infrastructure.
