Mahmoud Nabavian, a member of Iran's parliament National Security Commission, stated on state television on April 30 that Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei has emphasized the necessity for Iran to achieve full recognition of its right to uranium enrichment or to abandon nuclear negotiations entirely, and had also rejected joint management of the Strait of Hormuz with Oman.
