The Tasnim News Agency, affiliated with the IRGC, reported that the Islamic Republic has no plans to send a negotiating delegation and will not engage in negotiations while the United States maintains a maritime blockade. Tasnim also stated that Pakistan has continued to act as an intermediary, exchanging messages between the two sides since the first round of talks ended.
