On Sunday, U.S. President Donald Trump told Fox News that Iran is losing its ability to store oil due to the U.S. naval blockade of the Strait of Hormuz, predicting that Iran's oil infrastructure will "explode" within three days and never be fully rebuilt. The President also stated that Iran can contact the U.S. if it wants to negotiate an end to the conflict, while canceling a planned trip by U.S. representatives to Pakistan following Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi's meetings in Islamabad and Oman.
