The spokesperson of the Central "Khatam al-Anbiya" Headquarters stated that the U.S. Army violated the ceasefire by targeting an Iranian oil tanker in Iran's Jask region and another ship near Fujairah port, and also conducting aerial assaults on civilian areas in Khormir Port, Sirik, and Qeshm Island. In response, Iran's armed forces reportedly inflicted significant damage on U.S. military vessels in the eastern Strait of Hormuz and south of Chabahar Port.
