On the evening of April 3, 2026, Sina Delaram Psychiatric Hospital on the western side of Fadaian-e Islam Street in Tehran was targeted in an airstrike. The hospital was completely evacuated, and while no casualties were reported among patients or staff, the facility is unable to admit new patients and will require 5 to 6 months for full reconstruction.
