The Iran Human Rights Organization reported on March 29 that U.S. and Israeli attacks on Iran have coincided with severe human rights violations in prisons across Tehran, Mashhad, Isfahan, Urmia, Qom, Qazvin, and other locations, including food and medicine shortages, inadequate sanitary conditions, and militarization of prison control. At least one prisoner has died due to the denial of medical care.
