The Human Rights News Agency HRANA reported that Mehdi Rasouli, 25, and Mohammad Reza Miri, 21, were executed at dawn on Sunday in Vakilabad Prison in Mashhad. Both prisoners were linked to the Dideh protests last year and had previously been sentenced to death for the alleged killing of a Basij member.
