President Donald Trump of the United States signed a memorandum of understanding with the Islamic Republic of Iran, an agreement also signed by Masoud Pezeshkian according to Iranian media. Representatives from both countries are set to meet in Switzerland on Friday to discuss the agreement's implementation.
