Ibrahim Azizi, Head of the Parliament's National Security Commission, announced an 11-article parliamentary plan to impose restrictions and prohibitions on vessels passing through the Strait of Hormuz, particularly prohibiting Israeli ships and requiring compensation from countries that have caused damage to Iran.
