Two high-ranking Iranian military personnel were killed in Israeli strikes that occurred on Monday.
The Lebanese health ministry reported that Israeli strikes killed five people in eastern Lebanon and three more near the southern city of Tyre on Thursday, with a total of eight wounded, including three children and two women. These strikes occurred a day after Lebanon and Israel agreed to a ceasefire plan rejected by Hezbollah.
During a conversation, President Trump was asked if killing US troops would be his red line for ending the ceasefire with Iran, to which he responded that it would be a good reason to restart the war.
