A senior Pakistani Foreign Ministry source informed Qatar's Al-Arabi Al-Jadid that Pakistani officials are working to persuade the U.S. delegation to resume negotiations with Iran, with talks between the delegations occurring in a positive atmosphere. Pakistani Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar also consulted with his counterparts from Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Egypt to coordinate efforts to maintain a ceasefire and reduce tensions.
