At approximately 18:55 local time tonight, the Tharallah Base of the IRGC/Basij in Shiraz, near the Moallem intersection, was struck by seven missiles believed to have been launched by the Israeli Air Force; Ebrahim Mortazavi-Nasab, the commander of the Basij Resistance District of Sepah Tharallah, was killed.

Hajar Naderi, mother of Matin Pourvizi, who was killed by government forces during protests on December 18, 2022, posted a video on her personal page showing herself next to her son's grave, stating she taught him to stand against oppression and not to hate. Matin Pourvizi, 18, was shot and killed by government forces with live ammunition while protesting in Sabze Meydan Square in Zanjan on December 18, 2022.
