Hezbollah chief Naim Qassem dismissed the Lebanon-Israel ceasefire proposal as "Satan's dream in heaven," warning that Israeli northern communities will remain unsafe until Israeli forces stop operating in Lebanon. Qassem also rejected direct talks between Lebanon and Israel, thanking Iran for its support in efforts to achieve a comprehensive ceasefire.
