Babak Taghvaee, an opponent of the Islamic regime of Iran, expresses gratitude to Pakistan for protecting the last remaining RC-130H aircraft, nicknamed "Khoffash," at PAF Base Nur Khan, which was converted from a C-130 into a SIGINT aircraft under the joint IIAF/SAVAK/CIA Project IBEX.
