Iranian Member of Parliament Ahmad Naderi stated that the U.S. naval blockade is the last act of aggression by the Americans, predicting its failure and vowing revenge for an attack on an Iranian ship the previous day. He also announced plans to collect tolls in riyals from ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz, with the U.S. and its allies required to pay reparations.
