On April 25, the 142-meter yacht Nord, owned by sanctioned Russian oligarch Alexei Mordashov, sailed through the Strait of Hormuz and headed to Oman. Mordashov, the owner of Russian mining company Severstal and considered Russia’s richest man by Forbes, is under sanctions from the United States, the EU, and the UK.
