US Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated after a meeting of Gulf Arab foreign ministers in Bahrain that none of the participating countries support imposing tolls for ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz. Rubio emphasized that any Iranian threat or blockage of the strait would be problematic, and Oman also reiterated on Thursday that no transit tolls will be imposed in the Strait of Hormuz.
