Khosh-cheshm, a controversial expert on Iranian state TV, claims that the United States is offering Iran incentives to gain control over the Strait of Hormuz during negotiations.
On Monday, June 1, at least 36 cargo ships passed through the Strait of Hormuz, according to analytics firm Kepler, marking the highest number since the start of the U.S. and Israel's military operations against Iran. Kepler expects this number to increase with additional ship identifications.
Mustafa Khosh-Chesm, a government expert, stated on IRIB that the United States is offering "100 worthless lollipops" to Iran's negotiating team to gain control over the Strait of Hormuz, proposing it be reopened and managed jointly by Iran and Oman with no tolls for 60 days.
