The Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior announced the arrest of four members of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps who were attempting to enter Kuwait by sea. The Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs subsequently summoned the Iranian ambassador to discuss the matter.
