Tasnim News Agency, affiliated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, reported that the Islamic Republic remains skeptical about the United States' good faith and excessive demands, making the next round of negotiations unlikely to succeed. The agency also stated that Tehran believes preliminary steps and a necessary framework must be established before any further talks can be beneficial.
