Iman Attarzadeh, spokesman for Ali Khamenei's funeral headquarters, announced that a funeral ceremony for Khamenei will be held on July 17 in Najaf and Karbala at the request of Iraqi people. The official "farewell" ceremony will begin on July 13 in Mosla and continue for two days, followed by a ceremony in Qom on July 19 before transferring his body to Iraq.
