Israel’s Channel 14 reported the leak of a confidential letter from Hamas addressed to Mojtaba Khamenei, in which Hamas states it will not lay down its weapons and, under Khamenei’s leadership, will coordinate strikes with allies in Lebanon, Yemen, and Iraq.
