A reporter from the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) stated that with a proposal from Pakistan, the United States and the Islamic Republic will hold another round of negotiations on Sunday morning in an effort to resolve their differences. Fars News Agency, affiliated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, reported that previous talks failed to reach an agreement due to "excessive demands" from the U.S. side.
