The Tasnim News Agency, affiliated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, reported that on the final day of talks with the United States, the Islamic Republic declared that any military operations or assassinations in Iran or the "resistance front" including Lebanon would halt negotiations for a final agreement and the implementation of the memorandum of understanding, including the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz. This condition was added to Clause 13 of the memorandum.
