On Saturday, Masoud Pezeshkian, President and member of Iran's Interim Leadership Council, issued a video statement apologizing to neighboring countries and declaring that Iran's armed forces will no longer attack them, following a week of independent military actions by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps after the start of the U.S.-Israel attack and the death of Ali Khamenei.
