Ismail Baghaei, spokesman for the Foreign Ministry of the Islamic Republic of Iran, stated that Iran's missile program is non-negotiable and warned that Israel's attacks in Lebanon would violate the memorandum of understanding. Baghaei also emphasized that Iran will not accept the export of enriched nuclear materials and that the process of lifting oil sanctions will begin immediately.
