The US Navy has deployed 12 additional EA-18G Growler electronic-warfare aircraft to Lajes, Portugal, en route to Nevatim, Israel, as part of the second phase of Operation Epic Fury against Iran. These aircraft will join the existing 24 Growlers in the Central Command area of responsibility, increasing the total to 36.
