The IRGC Aerospace Force conducted a ballistic missile strike that destroyed an AN/TPY-2 early-warning detection radar at Muwaffaq Al-Salti Air Base in Jordan on December 15, 2025. The radar was part of a U.S. Army THAAD anti-ballistic missile system deployed in the country.
