Four weeks ago, U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) initiated a blockade against ships entering and exiting Iran’s ports; as of today, 67 commercial vessels have been redirected, 15 carrying humanitarian aid have been allowed to pass, and 4 have been disabled to ensure compliance. Earlier this week, CENTCOM forces used radio communication and warning shots from small arms to make two commercial vessels turn around, demonstrating continued enforcement of the blockade.
