Tasnim, affiliated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, published a video showing a delegation from the Popular Mobilization Units in an unnamed city, offering condolences to the families of student martyrs from the Shajareh Tayebeh school in Minab. The delegation entered Iran via the Shalamcheh border crossing.
Germany's Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul announced in Islamabad that Berlin has requested the Islamic Republic of Iran to engage in "constructive" negotiations with the United States and adhere to the ceasefire, emphasizing the need for Iran to ensure freedom of passage through the Strait of Hormuz and accept the "open hand of America" for the benefit of the Iranian people.
