Morad Vaisi, a senior analyst at Iran International, stated that while a faction within the Islamic Republic's ruling establishment claims Mojtaba Khamenei has banned nuclear program negotiations, the Supreme National Security Council has directed the media to report that negotiations are solely about the nuclear program, creating a contradiction that raises questions about the regime's stance.
Fars News Agency, affiliated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, reported that despite the resolution of disruptions in the services of Melli Bank, Sepah Bank, Tejarat Bank, and Tose'e Saderat Bank, internet and non-in-person services of these banks remain disrupted. Two days prior, the Banks' Coordination Council attributed the disruptions to a "limited cyberattack," with only card services at point-of-sale terminals and ATMs currently operational.
Fars News, an outlet owned by Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), reports that Elon Musk's companies, including Starlink ground stations in Qatar, Jordan, the UAE, and Oman, as well as SpaceX shareholders like "Alpha Dhabi" and "Mubadala," are potential military targets for Iran.
New images have been released showing the aftermath of US and Israeli attacks on positions of the IRGC in Nesim City, Tehran, including extensive damage to one of the IRGC's headquarters.
