On April 20, U.S. Marines rappelled from helicopters departing the USS Tripoli (LHA 7) over the Arabian Sea to board and seize the Iranian-flagged vessel M/V Touska, which had been disabled by the USS Spruance (DDG 111) after failing to comply with warnings from U.S. forces over six hours.
