A Colombian urban search-and-rescue team made up of members of the Colombian Army, Navy, National Police and Civil Defense, along with over 12 tons of humanitarian aid and other resources, departed Colombia bound from earthquake-torn Venezuela this morning aboard a pair of Colombian Air Force C-130H Hercules.
