The evidence and very clear clues—including the explicit statement made by the President of Ukraine—indicate that this attack was deliberate. We are waiting to see in practice whether they take any action that supports their claim of the crime being unintentional. We will certainly take any necessary action, both to hold Ukraine accountable and to ensure that such an error and crime is not repeated by the Ukrainian side again.
