Turkish President Erdogan: As Muslims, we cannot get anywhere by putting our hopes in others. We must be strong, be deterrent, defend our rights and laws together, and build peace and security in our region together. For this reason, we say that there is good in alliance. We are working to expand alliances both within ourselves and in the Islamic world, and to reduce disagreements. We desire for the Ummah of Muhammad, which has guided history and brought order to the world for centuries, to once again become united like the bricks of a wall. As Muslims, we want to walk together toward the future, believing in one another, relying on one another, and moving forward shoulder to shoulder and heart to heart. All our efforts are for the establishment of alliance and unity. All our endeavors are for building an atmosphere of peace and security in our region. God willing, as much as our strength allows, we will continue to put our hands, along with our whole body, under the burden for unity, for the establishment of brotherhood, and for the Islamic world to act with unity and integrity.
