Casualties

On Sunday, the Islamic Republic confirmed the deaths of Abdolrahim Mousavi, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, and Aziz Nasirzadeh, Minister of Defense, among 40 high-ranking officials killed in Saturday's attacks by the United States and Israel. Previously confirmed fatalities include Mohammad Pakpour, Commander-in-Chief of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, and Ali Shamkhani, advisor to the Leader and Secretary of the Defense Council.
