The Washington Post reported that since the beginning of the war on February 28, Iran's airstrikes have damaged or destroyed at least 228 structures and pieces of equipment at U.S. military bases and facilities in the Middle East, based on an analysis of satellite images. The report also noted that seven American service members have died and more than 400 have been injured in the conflict.
